Dr. Hare is the Executive Director of Bellevue University's Human Capital LabSM. His career has included leadership positions designing, delivering, and evaluating human capital investments in a variety of sectors including government, business, and education. Dr. Hare has presented at national and international academic conferences and has authored several papers on the performance effect of human capital initiatives. He has undergraduate and graduate degrees in Information Technology and earned his Ed.D. in Interdisciplinary Leadership from Creighton University. Dr. Hare is a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society and Alpha Sigma Nu. He is a Veteran of the United States Air Force.
