Topic: Aligning Learning to Business Goals. Historically a struggle for learning professionals, we’ll offer a simple framework to help you create your learning value proposition that strategically and clearly communicates how your learning program supports the business. The session will be led by Dr. Alaina Szlachta, an expert on assessment development and data strategy for leadership.
