Bellevue University was recently honored with a CLO Learning in Practice Award in the E-Learning Category. The award recognizes the university’s College of Engineering, Technology and Management for its development of a certificate program that addresses retaining and upskilling front-line workers, while creating learner access and outcome equity.
The college is led by Dean Matthew Davis, who also oversees the Human Capital Lab. Both ventures demonstrate the university’s commitment to talent development and its impact on individuals and their organizations.
Instructional Designer Caitlin Petty accepted the award on behalf of the university at the annual Chief Learning Officer Symposium on Oct. 23 in Tucson, Arizona.
For nearly two decades, the Learning in Practice Awards have recognized learning leaders who exemplify excellence in crafting and implementing employee development programs. Winners must exhibit leadership, visionary thinking, business acumen and a strategic alignment that consistently delivers outstanding results.
