The Human Capital Lab invites learning and development professionals to attend its next Community of Practice session on Wednesday, May 8 at 11 a.m. CDT. The session, “Aligning Learning to Business Goals,” will offer practical insights for one of the profession’s most persistent challenges: demonstrating the business value of learning initiatives.
Led by Alaina Szlachta—an expert in assessment development and data strategy for leadership—the session will introduce a simple, actionable framework to help learning professionals craft a learning value proposition that clearly supports organizational goals.
Szlachta is the founder of By Design Development Solutions and the author of “Measurement and Evaluation on a Shoestring,” published by ATD Press. Her work focuses on making measurement and evaluation (M&E) more accessible, no matter the size or scope of an organization’s L&D function.
This free, virtual event is part of the Human Capital Lab’s Talent Development Community of Practice, a community that provides vital peer support and learning for talent development professionals from around the world.
