Human Capital Lab Executive Director Rich Douglas was recently a featured speaker at one of the talent development industry’s premier annual events, the Chief Learning Officer (CLO) Symposium, held Oct. 21-23 in Tucson, Arizona.
His presentation was titled “Using Coaching to Overcome VUCA and Strengthen Strategic Leadership.” Douglas challenged the audience to be proactive in the face of VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) by implementing a coaching program for their organizations’ leadership.
It was the event’s 20th anniversary, and the Human Capital Lab has been involved since the beginning. It’s a natural partnership, with CLO and the lab sharing a common commitment to the alignment of talent development programs and business outcomes.
