The Human Capital Lab continues to expand its catalog of resources for talent development professionals who want to take their careers and their organizations to the next level.
The latest offering is the Human Capital Lab Research Fellows Program, a platform for those in the field to publish original, practice-based writing, and to review the submissions of others.
Writers submit practice-based articles (1,000–2,500 words). Two other members of the community will review the work, providing feedback and a publishing recommendation. The Human Capital Lab makes the final decision, with the emphasis on inclusion.
Through a points-based system, participants can eventually earn the title of senior research fellow.
“This is about peers supporting peers to elevate the profession,” said Human Capital Lab Executive Director Rich Douglas.
