The Human Capital Lab, in conjunction with Chief Learning Officer, will offer a free webinar on Thursday, Oct. 17, that provides a deep dive into the lab and its many initiatives.
In the webinar, “Elevating the Practice of Talent Development … a Tour,” Human Capital Lab Executive Director Rich Douglas talks about ways that talent development professionals can get involved with and benefit from the lab. He goes into detail about what the lab plans to accomplish with its community of practice in talent development and offers concrete examples of the kinds of projects that doctoral students can assist organizations with through the lab’s project support.
