Rich DouglasHuman Capital Lab Executive Director Rich Douglas has been invited to speak at the Association for Talent Development ‘s (ATD) annual international conference May 19-22 in New Orleans.

“As a profession, talent development must continue to create not only new and innovative practices, but also the leaders capable of carrying them out,” Douglas said.

A professional doctorate focused on talent development and strategic leadership, one that talent development professionals could complete while continuing their careers, would accomplish this, Douglas added.
