The Human Capital Lab, led by Executive Director Rich Douglas, is forming a virtual community of practice for aspiring and experienced talent developers in training administration, classroom instruction, instructional design, evaluation and talent development management.
This group is for people who have made a career of talent development, as well as subject-matter experts who have come into the field either temporarily or permanently. This includes people at all levels, from specialists to chief learning officers. Meeting virtually and self-managed, this community will provide vital peer support and learning for talent development professionals from around the world.
Participation is free, as is everything offered through the Human Capital Lab.
The Human Capital Lab also offers an award-winning podcast. On a recent episode, Douglas and fellow industry pro Kimberli Jeter touch on the power of networking and communities of practice in the field of talent development. Listen here.
