Bellevue University’s Human Capital Lab (HCL) has launched a valuable new resource for professionals in the talent development field. Executive Director Rich Douglas now authors a monthly column, “Human Intel,” on the HCL website that offers a curated review of trade magazine articles, academic articles and books to help human capital and talent development practitioners and scholars excel and evolve in their profession. For each highlighted article or publication, he provides a high-end summary of the key points and a link to the original content.
The June “Human Intel” highlights the best recent content from TD Magazine, the Society for Human Resource Management, Chief Learning Officer Magazine and Harvard Business Review. Douglas also has featured articles from HR Magazine and the academic journal Human Resource Development.
Douglas has more than 40 years’ experience in training, leadership and delivering solutions for businesses and organizations. During a career that spans the for-profit and non-profit sectors, he previously held leadership positions at AT&T, Corrections Corporation of America, the Central Intelligence Agency, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, and the Department of Homeland Security.
